3 Months + Contract
Work exists throughout
the UK for experienced Medical Equipment Specialists. These are initially contract but may lead
to permanent employment. The work
covers a wide variety of Test, Calibration and Planned Preventative
Maintenance equipment at the level of NHS bands 4 - 7, Equipment typically includes, Monitors,
Pumps, Defibrillators, BPM’s, and Safety Test Equipment Acceptance Test
etc.
Rates:- Vary widely,
according to experience, normally in the range of £10.00 to £ 20.00 pph
Current Locations: Yorkshire, Essex, Herts., North Kent, Northants
and Berkshire.
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SERVICE
ENGINEERS
Permanent
We are looking for
Medical Technical Engineers to cover the service of a wide range of devices
at Hospitals and clinics in East Anglia
and the East Midlands. Equipment would be mainly first line
Service of equipment including a range of monitors, syringe & Infusion
Pumps, Defibrillators etc.
The work is for a
successful private company servicing mainly private Hospitals and Clinics
and you would use your own vehicle and claim back generous petrol and
depreciation allowances.
Opportunities exist for
occasional work periods between overseas and this would be an ideal opportunity
for a Medical Tech seeking a variety of work.
Salary: £ 29,000..00 - £ 33,000.00
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SERVICE
ENGINEERS
Permanent
We are looking for
Medical Technical Engineers to cover the service of a wide range of devices
at Hospitals in the West of England, from Somerset
to Hereford.
Equipment would be
mainly first line Service and include a range of Monitors, syringe &
Infusion Pumps, Defibrillators etc.
You would have the use
of a high quality vehicle and card for fuel top up.
This would be an ideal
opportunity for a Medical Tech seeking a variety of work, e.g. an ex-NHS
EBME Tech, an ex-Forces Tech with Medical Equipment Experience or someone
with work experience gained overseas
Salary: £ 27,500.00 - £ 32,000.00
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT DEPT – INTERIM
MANAGER
Contract – 6 months +
This is an opportunity
to work for a major PFI organisation, providing Management cover to a busy
EBME Department dealing with a wide range of devices. This role would entail extensive liaison
with the end user and you would need to have the ability to get the best
from an excellent team of Bio-Med Technicians.
The vacancy is due to
internal promotion and the role could become a permanent post. Previous Supervisory or Management
experience would be necessary to secure this contract.
Location: Manchester
Rate: £ 17.00 pph to £ 24.00 pph
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SERVICE
ENGINEER
Contract
We are looking for a
Technician/Service Engineer to cover both in-house and field work on Life
Support Equipment. You would be
working on equipment e.g. humidifiers which connect to ventilators and also
a range of Resuscitation equipment.
An Ideal background
would include medical equipment service gained in the NHS, the Armed Forces
or Hospitals overseas. Although this
is a contract role initially, it could lead to a permanent post. A vehicle and fuel costs are supplied
with this contract. You must have a
valid UK Driving Licence for this role
Rate: £ 10.00 pph to £ 19.00 pph
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Contract 6 Months +
A West London
Hospital is looking
for a Maintenance Supervisor in a role that is contract with a view to
permanent. Your duties would include
provision and monitoring of work and liaison with Managers responsible for
respective skilled workers, who would include skilled and semi-skilled
Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painters etc. You should be computer literate and be able
to make a real contribution to the work of the Department.
